| Description | FLULIEVA 10 mg contains Fludarabine Phosphate, a purine nucleoside analogue antimetabolite. Inside the cell, it is converted to the active metabolite fludarabine triphosphate, which inhibits DNA polymerase, ribonucleotide reductase, and DNA primase, leading to inhibition of DNA synthesis and apoptosis. It is primarily used in hematological malignancies. |
