IMNOLIEVA 4MG ( Pomalidomide Capsules 4mg )

IMNOLIEVA 4 mg contains Pomalidomide, an oral immunomodulatory anticancer drug (IMiD) and a third-generation analogue of thalidomide. It works by modulating immune responses, inhibiting angiogenesis, and inducing apoptosis of malignant plasma cells.

Pomalidomide is indicated for:

1. Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
    – In patients who have received ≥2 prior therapies, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor
    – Used in combination with dexamethasone

Common side effects:

  •  Neutropenia

  •  Anemia

  •  Thrombocytopenia

  •  Fatigue

  •  Constipation or diarrhea

Serious side effects:

  •  Thromboembolic events (DVT / PE)

  •  Severe infections

  •  Peripheral neuropathy (less common than thalidomide)

 Regular CBC monitoring and thromboprophylaxis are mandatory.

Standard adult dose:

   •  4 mg once daily on Days 1–21 of a 28-day cycle,
given with dexamethasone

4 mg is the recommended starting dose.
